It was a beautiful day today in Germantown, Wisconsin. After about three inches of fresh snowfall, the sun poked through the clouds for a bit, and a blue sky shined from above—at last! I grabbed my camera, and my dog, and headed out for a walk around the neighborhood, stopping to capture images of vegetation as it lay dormant, awaiting the spring thaw.
